Lovin' Touchin' Squeezin'

Call me a nutcase for being online on two devices at once. But that is how estatic am I about the long awaited HTC Desire, which is now comfortably resting beside my mouse. The best part is, the new Android touch screen phone with a stunning Amoled screen is not even mine!

My brother needed a phone badly because the buttons on his 5 year Nokia 7610 was beginning to loose its sensitivity. Plus, it is a 5 year old phone anyway so getting a new one will not prick his conscience so hard. We waited really long for it (God knows why I was anticipating it too!) because there was no stock and it took about 5 days before my brother brought back the phone, which is today. Then, it needed another good 8 hours of charging before we could really use the phone.

When it finally finished charging, I hopped on it and began to browse through the functions. We connected to our house wi-fi and the first thing we tried out was welll....Facebook of course!. =P. Then we went on to try out Youtube, Blogger...

The only thing I haven't figure out is how to blog from the phone. I can't seem to click the space for the contents of a post. Other than that, I must say touch screen is honestly the new era of phone technology. If you are currently looking for a new phone, touchscreen is the way to go. It is so user-friendly and you don't even have to settle for an expensive iPhone. HTC can really live up to the iPhone in terms of phone function.

But as usual there was one drawback of HTC. If you are a music junkie, then iPhone still beats HTC Desire because the audio quality for the latter is not exceptionally good. It is bearable but not excellent.

So I am still an ardent fan of the iPhone. Maybe it is true what Elena told me the other day.. My dream part time job is seriously to work in an Apple store!
